Responsibilities:

recruitment process in generating advertisement, interview and orientation
manpower planning and attend inquiries
maintenance of personal records including leave administration, management of performance appraisal
liaise with relevant authorities in regards to employees/HR affairs

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia
Preferred language(s): English
