Responsibilities:

• To Plan and monitor company strategy related to sales, services and spare part.
• Monitoring and evaluating Business strategy execution and company's policy in area.
• To monitor, coordinate and perform customer service management based on selected strategy.
• Monitor and evaluate all operational reports from all departments and evaluate branch operational effectiveness.
• Control branch budget based on business plan and conduct regular evaluation. Manage people management and development in area.

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field and min 3 year(s) experience as Site / Area Manager
• Having additional background of Technical and spare parts equipment business at distributor or manufacturer would be an advantage for this position.
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English.
• Ability to work under harsh job site condition.
• Highly motivated, strong analytical thinking, interpersonal and communication skill, can work independently, initiative, have an ambitious spirit and a vision of future of the company and strong team player.
• Currently based or willing to be based in Kalimantan
